Greetings! In line with our plan to re-invent PICPA-Cebu Toastmasters Club, I have created this weblog for our club where everyone are free to view, post message, send article, pictures and what not. Please find time to access and explore this site. This weblog is hosted by Blogger, however, we may plan to have our own website later, hosted locally and specifically designed by us where we can tailor made the site vis-a-vis to the specific needs of the club.
